Play Beyond provides a fuss-free and enjoyable service by taking away all the pain points involved in typical resale methods. All you have to do is pass your toys to us and wait for earnings to be credited to you! We will do all the heavy lifting including photography, sanitizing, price setting, listing, communication with potential buyers, selling and delivery. There will also be additional marketing efforts in place to sell your products including showcase at events
etc.

All these enables you to easily do your part in sustainable living and contribute to a greener future for our children by avoiding waste and saving toys from going into the landfills.

We accept children’s toys for newborns up to 12 year olds from our accepted brands list.

We accept only brand new to gently used toys, which are fully functioning with no
missing parts. For the safety of our children, we strictly do not accept any toys with chipped or broken parts.   

Kindly note that we do not accept soft toys and only accept unused condition for items such as Playdough, craft supplies and kits.

We love discovering brands that create high quality, sustainable toys. Please contact us and we’ll look into adding it into our list.

Please fill in this seller form for doorstep pick-up of toy. We are offering free pick-up if you have 5 or more toys. For pick-ups of less than 5 toys, a transport fee of $5 will be deducted from your earnings when sold.

To reduce transport emissions, we seek to host regular Toy Collection Drives at convenient locations. We welcome you to drop off your toys at our upcoming Toy Collection Drives.

We understand the desire to maximize earnings whilst selling fast. Prices are determined by factors such as original retail price, typical resale value, current supply and demand dynamics and condition of the toy.

We believe in the time value of money and believe that selling at $60 today is better than selling at $65 one year later. Hence, we may run promotions as suitable to increase the chances of your toys being sold.

We are offering the highest % earnings in the market as we strive to provide the best value to you.

• For toys sold at $80 or more, earn 80% of the final sale price if you choose to receive Play Beyond credit (for purchase of preloved toys), or 70% if you choose to receive cash.
• For toys sold at less than $80, earn 70% of the final sale price if you choose to receive Play Beyond credit (for purchase of preloved toys), or 60% if you choose to receive cash.
  

Rest of the sale proceeds are used to cover operational costs including transport, logistics, warehousing, photography, sanitizing, marketing, selling and more. Thank you for supporting our initiative!

You will be paid within 14 working days of your toy being sold, provided it is not returned within the 7-day return period. We will notify you once your Play Beyond account has been credited or once payment has been made to your PayNow or bank account.

Your earnings would be based off the final discounted sale price.

We believe in the time value of money and believe that selling at $60 today is better than selling at $65 one year later. The discounts and promotions are designed to increase the chances of your toys being sold for your benefit.

You will receive an email notification confirming whether your toys have been accepted within 14 days of passing us the toys.

You may choose to have the toys donated or returned to you at a courier cost of $10 (for toys with total weight not exceeding 10kg).

To avoid having your toys rejected, please check that your toys are from our accepted brands list and in brand new to gently used condition, fully functioning with no missing pieces.

We seek to sell your toys within 6 months to 1 year. If your toys remain unsold, you may choose to have the toys donated or returned to you at a courier cost of $10 (for toys with total weight not exceeding 10kg).

Thank you for your generosity! If you choose to donate instead of receiving cash/credit for the sale of your preloved toys, we will facilitate the donation on your behalf. When your toy is sold, the earnings which would have been otherwise credited to you, will be donated to Red Cross.

250% tax deductions for your donations will also be processed for you automatically.

You will be informed via email of these updates.

Please note that donations of preloved toys should also be within our accepted toys and brands. Kindly refer to the ‘Selling’ FAQ and accepted brands list for more details.

We are supporting Singapore Red Cross with donations and had thorough discussions around the best form of support we can provide.

In that regard, we are facilitating the sale of preloved toys on Play Beyond and providing Red Cross with the proceeds as donation. This would allow Red Cross greater flexibility on use of the cash for their various causes. In addition, this would enable us to provide tax deductions to donors.

For unaccepted or unsold toys which sellers opt to donate, we may pass them on to Red Cross as suitable.

Tax deductions would be 250% of the donation. Donation amount is based on earnings which would have been otherwise credited to you if not donated.

When filling up the seller form, please choose ‘donate’ and tick ‘opt in for tax deductions’ and provide your NRIC/FIN/UEN number.

As we are channeling donations to Singapore Red Cross and working with them for the tax deductions, please note that if you would like to receive tax deductions, Play Beyond would have to share information such as full name, contact, donation amount, and NRIC/FIN/UEN number with Singapore Red Cross.

Singapore Red Cross respects donors' confidentiality and personal data. The main purpose for which SRC collects your data is to process your donation for tax deduction. Please view their Privacy Policy at redcross.sg/data-protection-and-privacy-policy.

Brand new means toys have never used or opened. They would come in the original packaging.

Like new means there are minimal signs of usage or wear and tear on the toys.

Gently used means there may be minor signs of wear and tear if you inspect closely. However, these toys remain in great, functional condition and would still be loved by children.

Orders from Play Beyond typically take 2 – 5 days to be delivered within Singapore.

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location and the weight of your order. We offer competitive rates and may provide free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

As of now, we are offering free shipping on orders over SGD 80.

Standard shipping rates are as follows:

• SGD 5 for orders under 5 kg
  
• SGD 7 for orders between 5 kg and 10 kg
  
• SGD 10 for orders between 10 kg and 15 kg
  

These rates ensure transparent pricing based on the weight of your order.

Yes, you can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email at our courier partner's platform over here.

This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us via email or whatsapp if you wish to purchase a toy to be delivered outside of Singapore and we may be able to make special arrangements for you.

If you received a non-functional product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel, and we will arrange for refund in credit for you.

If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we will arrange for a doorstep exchange for you.

All other purchases are final and we do not accept returns.
